Hi Karen,
I made the pozole recipe yesterday and loved it! I ended up browning the pork and putting it in the slow cooker all day because I had to work, then added it to the soup. I have never had hominy before, so thank you for introducing me to that. I also could not find the dried peppers, so put in chipotle peppers instead. Such a great thing to have on a cold night and very yummy!
