What a terrific selection, Karen! Thank you for sharing some favorites. Your Pumpkin Coconut Pudding sounds divine and is going on my menu – it will be a lovely addition to our dessert buffet. We are big fans of Brussels sprouts roasted with maple syrup: http://www.bluekaleroad.com/2011/11/brussels-sprouts-with-pomegranate-seeds.html
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
